Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of ozilgoalgenerator.com (“Ozil Goal Generator”, “we”, “us”). By uploading a photo or buying a video pack you agree to them.

The service

You upload one photo and choose a pack. After payment, or when you use a credit you already have, we generate a 15-second 9:16 720p video in which the person in your photo scores a recreation of Mesut Özil’s 2016 goal. No account is needed: a private link, saved in your browser and emailed to the address you pay with, gives access to your videos.

What you buy

One-time packs with no subscription: 1 video $9.99, 3 videos $19.99, 10 videos $49.99. Visitors in euro-area countries and the UK see and pay the local prices shown on the page. Payments are processed by Stripe. Each pack adds credits to the email address used at checkout; one credit makes one video. Credits never expire. Videos have no watermark and no sound.

Failures and refunds

If a paid video cannot be delivered because of a final technical failure, the credit used for it is returned to your balance automatically. This returns a credit, not cash.

To ask for a refund, email support@ozilgoalgenerator.com from the address you paid with and tell us which order it is. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe.

Your content

You keep your rights to the photos you upload and the videos made for you. You let us process them only as needed to run the service: checking, generating, storing and delivering. We do not use your photos or videos in our marketing without your separate permission.

You must own every photo you upload or have permission to use it, and follow the Acceptable Use rules. We may refuse or stop processing content that breaks them.

AI-generated video

Videos are made by a third-party AI model (ByteDance Seedance, accessed through the KIE.ai API). The model redraws the scorer from your photo; the goalkeeper, the defenders, the crowd and the stadium come from a slowed-down replay of the 2016 match. AI output can contain artifacts; please review your video before posting it, and do not present it as real footage.

Not affiliated

Ozil Goal Generator is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Mesut Özil, Arsenal FC or UEFA. Their names are used only to describe the online trend this tool refers to.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
